How does EFA Youths Work?
We connect youth ages 10–18 with professionals, mentors, and programs to explore diverse career paths, discover passions, and gain real-world insights. Whether curious about STEM, the arts, healthcare, business, or more, the EFA Youth Network guides and inspires the journey. The process for getting youths involved in EFA Network is simple.
Our 4-Step Process:

Fill out a simple form to Join EFA Network – Youths
2.
Attend Storytelling sessions and EFA events to meet our Mentors.
3.
Chat 1-on-1 or in small groups with our participating Mentors.
4.
Share your experience and discover your next steps.
